The ED300 is a multisensor analogue addressable optical smoke and heat detector from the advanced Enea series by Inim Electronics. It utilizes dual light diffusion and thermal principles via the Tyndall effect and an integrated thermistor to deliver premium sensitivity adjustments and multiple customizable operating modes. Each unit features a unique factory-assigned serial number, eliminating manual DIP-switch configuration. Backed by Inim’s proprietary Versa++ and LoopMap technologies, the detector self-enrolls onto the loop, creates an interactive installation map, and allows the combining of smoke and thermal tracking thresholds to significantly lower false alarm rates while maintaining prompt fire response.
